Snap2Bug Terms of Service

Welcome to Snap2Bug! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snap2Bug Chrome Extension ("Extension") provided by aitesterbuddy.tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Snap2Bug Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. User Obligations and API Key

• Your Key, Your Responsibility: The Extension operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You must obtain a valid API key from Google AI Studio. You are solely responsible for all usage, costs, and compliance associated with your API key.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The Snap2Bug Extension, including its code, design, and all intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of aitesterbuddy.tools.
• License to You: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aitesterbuddy.tools disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall aitesterbuddy.tools be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Extension; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Extension; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
